Practice from home with private online yoga classes. Choose between 40-minute recordings (£14) and 40-minute live private sessions (£20), with recordings available for the week. Classes can be one-off, weekly or fortnightly, giving you complete flexibility. Each session is tailored to your needs – strength, relaxation, mindfulness or focus. For my regular in-person aerial yoga students, we can work to build aerial yoga skills on the mat. Affordable, accessible and designed entirely around you.

In your home! For live private classes, the Zoom link is sent out the morning of the class. Recordings are shared on the arranged day. All classes are recorded and access provided for a week with suggestions and advice on repeating this set mid-week.
£14 for a 40-minute recording that lasts a week; £20 for a 40-minute live private class (with the recording also made available for a week after the class). Note that these classes are a bit shorter than your usual one-hour classes simply because I will close off the chat and leave you in the relaxation for as long as you like.

Yes! We can work on any yoga or aerial yoga goals you like, with classes ranging from strength-building to full supine relaxation. Please be aware that for yoga in your home, if you have no experience of yoga, alert the instructor so she can make accommodations.

In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations. Do not practice challenging poses on your own.
