Keep your regular practice going with private online classes. Choose between personalised 45-minute recordings (£14) and 45-minute live private sessions (£20). Classes can be one-off, weekly or fortnightly and are tailored to your needs and goals – whether you're building strength, improving flexibility or simply creating a regular space to move and unwind. Prefer to practise in your own time? A new 45-minute class recording is made available on Monday each week for £12.50, or subscribe for £40 every four weeks and receive a fresh class in your inbox each week.

In your home! For live private classes, the Zoom link is sent out the morning of the class. Recordings are shared on the arranged day. All classes are recorded and access provided for a week with suggestions and advice on repeating this set mid-week.

Yes. In private classes, we can work on any goals you like, with sessions ranging from strength- of flexibility-building to full relaxation. If you have limited experience, you may prefer to start with a few live sessions.
The weekly recordings are designed for a basic fitness level and up. For these, it is recommended that you have attended a few in-person or online private classes before subscribing.
