We have two types of aerial sound workshops - the low- to no-movement aerial sound baths; and the gentle aerial yin yoga flow and sound bath workshops that involve a bit of movement and deep stretching. (Usually with KOA Edinburgh but in August 2025 I will be collaborating with Holistic Aquila. Cori from KOA is back from September!) In both types of aerial sound workshop, we draw on the power of sound to find deep relaxation and connection with the body. August 2025 also sees me bring a one-off very special aerial relaxation and massage workshop with a qualified massage therapist!!
These classes are at the Crags Centre in Edinburgh, 10 Bowmont Place, EH8 9RY. This is a short walk from George Square. All the Newington buses will drop you off a quick walk away, and there is a small amount of parking at the centre as well.
The cost for the 1.5-hour workshop is £26. Payment can either be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Or, book through Eventbrite. Please note you are only booked into the class once I receive payment. If you'd like to buy a voucher for this or any of my classes, see here.
A sound bath is an opportunity to lie down in a safe space and immerse yourself in sound. Various instruments are used to encourage a state of stillness, calmness and feeling grounded. Sound baths are a wonderful way to relax, breathe deep and release any tensions. To find out more about aerial yoga, see here.
Send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, or take a look at the FAQs. I'm happy to chat to you about whether this class is the best fit for you.
In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations. Although these classes are low hammock and close to the ground, you will be asked to sign a waiver before participating.
Use the booking form to book the class or classes you'd like to attend. I'll be back in touch with details of how to pay. Please note that your spot is only reserved once it is paid for. If the class is fully booked, you can still book on and you'll be added to the waiting list.
