Together we’ll create a plan that reflects your needs — this could include yoga practices, embodied techniques to release blocks, or structured time to map out your goals and stay on track. These sessions are designed to help you move past the points where you usually feel stuck, so that progress feels achievable and sustainable.You don’t have to do this alone.
In your home! For these live private classes, the Zoom link is sent out the morning of the session. All yoga sequences are recorded and access provided for a week with suggestions and advice on repeating this set mid-week.
£30 per hour; payment in advance. This can take the form of a 30-minute chat and a 30-minute yoga session, or a full session focused on talking. We fit it around what you need and the price stays the same.

Yes! I am an experienced coach and yoga/aerial yoga instructor used to working with a range of body types, and we can work on any physical goals that fit your needs. It should be noted though that I do not have experience in working with specific disabilities.

In all yoga classes, don't do anything that hurts. There is a difference between painful and challenging. Take responsibility for your body and your limitations.
