I do not offer refunds, but payments for cancellations can be rolled over to cover or go towards a future class if you cancel more than 48 hours before the class start time.
- If bookings are cancelled more than 48 hours before the class start time, then your payment will simply be rolled over to cover or go towards a future class. If a replacement class isn't available for you to book at that time, I can keep a record on account, although you may need to remind me when booking if it's been a while. Your payment will be kept on account for four months and then written off.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class start time, you will lose the payment. However, you are very welcome to fill the space yourself and send a friend in your place.
- Our longer events may have cancellation policies specific to that event. The Massage & Sound Immersion has a 7-day cancellation policy. As above, after this time you are still welcome to sell your space on or send a friend in your place.
Private classes and spaces on our retreats at the Crags Centre or Otley Studio should be booked upfront with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining payment must be made no later than ten days before the class, at which point this is also non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than ten days before the event, you will lose the payment. However, you are very welcome to fill the space yourself and send a friend in your place. You can also ask us to advertise the spot and see if it can be filled.
Cancellations need to be a bit stricter with aerial yoga because, unlike normal yoga, there's no option to just squeeze in an extra student. I regularly turn people away when classes are full as I have a specific number of silks that can be sold for each class. Everybody of course needs their own lovely hammock that is theirs for the duration of the class.
Keep in mind that I run this business on my own - all administration of class places takes time. I try to keep my prices as low as possible and rely on our small community to be as considerate as possible. I understand that injuries and illness etc. are unavoidable, and I try to be flexible and sympathetic of this and to accommodate everyone. Please do not take advantage of this.
While we do not offer refunds, we can sometimes rearrange or adjust the time of your massage if sufficient notice is given. If you need to rearrange your massage, you’re welcome to do so any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance) will result in the full session fee being retained, as the time will have been set aside specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding; this helps us manage appointments fairly for everyone.
