New Year Bootcamp -- 10th Jan 2026

Kickstart 2026 with an aerial yoga bootcamp! Build strength, flexibility and confidence in the silks!

Build a bootcamp! £17 for one class; £32 for two classes; £45 for three! While spaces last!

Kickstart 2026 with a powerful and playful 3-hour aerial yoga workshop at the Crags Centre in central Edinburgh. This bootcamp is designed to help you refocus, rebuild strength and find flexibility after the festive season – while keeping the fun and creativity that aerial yoga is all about. ✨

What to Expect
We’ll move through two focused sections with a short break in between:
1️⃣ Chest Opening, Backbends & Abs, 9.15-10.45am – Core strength, upper body engagement and nourishing heart-opening poses. Build stability, confidence and power.
2️⃣ Legs, Glutes, Hip Opening & 'Fun Stuff', 11am-12.30pm – Hamstrings, hips, glutes and lower-body flexibility, finishing with some playful and photo-worthy poses to celebrate your progress.

This is a chance to reset your body and mind, release tension, and step into 2026 feeling strong, supple and energised.

You can also add the General to Deep Stretch Aerial Yoga Workshop that's from 12.45-2.15pm as a third if you'd like to extend the day, or combine it with one of the morning workshops to make a slightly gentler bootcamp with more emphasis on stretching as well as strength-building.

Who it’s For
Suitable for anyone (newbees to aerial yoga included) with a basic fitness level and up. Ideal if you’re curious about aerial yoga and want a deep dive into both strength-building and restorative work. Expect a balance of fitness, stretch and play – plus plenty of time in the hammocks!

Add a voucher if you'd like to buy this for someone as a Christmas present! Just message me on booking and I'll send a lovely e-gift voucher to go with the ticket.

Where are the classes?

Same as usual! The classes are at the Crags Centre in Edinburgh, 10 Bowmont Place, EH8 9RY. This is a short walk from George Square. All the Newington buses will drop you off a quick walk away, and there is a small amount of parking at the centre as well.

What do I pay?

£17 per workshop; £32 for two workshops; £45 for three. Payment should be made by direct bank transfer. Please note you are only booked into the class once I receive payment. If you would like to buy a voucher for the bootcamp or any of my classes, see here.

How do I book?

Use the booking form to book onto the class or classes you'd like to attend. For several options, but not the full course, use the additional info box to list the classes you'd like. I'll confirm your booking once it's paid for. If the class is fully booked, you can still book on and you'll be added to the waiting list.

Are these classes for all levels?

The bootcamp is designed for general-level students building towards intermediate skills. You will require a basic fitness level in order to do all four classes in one week. There will be a number of other gentler classes running across the week, so if this feels like it might be a bit much, check out other options here.

What if I have more questions?

Send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, or take a look at the FAQs.
